* Any customs duties or local taxes must be borne by the recipient.
Shipping costs and VAT depend on your location and are therefore initially displayed as estimated flat rates in the shopping cart. These values are updated during the checkout process and finally shown in the summary.
Delivery times
Our shipping times may vary. Once your order has been received, it usually takes 1-3 days to be processed at the warehouse.
From the moment the package is ready for shipment and you receive the shipping confirmation by email, you can expect your package to arrive as follows:

Returns
You have 14 days after receiving the goods to cancel your order, provided the goods are unopened. Further information can be found in our cancellation policy.
Please note that we cannot reimburse the shipping costs already incurred or the return shipping costs. We ask that you pack the products securely to prevent damage during shipping.
